Musician Amanda Palmer attended last year's Emmys with her husband, fantasy writer Neil Gaiman, and somehow became a bigger tabloid target than the A-list actors because she dared to a) not shave her pits and b) wear a dress that didn't cover said pits. Now, she's taking aim at the beauty culture that encourages women to shave their body hair in her new single "Map of Tasmania." (The title comes from a slang term in Australia/New Zealand that refers to a woman's pubic hair being shaped like Tasmania. It's oftened shortened to "mappatazzie.") Palmer's video is all about loving your pubes and not shaving them because society thinks you should look like a kid.
