On Sunday, we had the pleasure of attending the world premiere of Elton John's new animated musical, Gnomeo & Juliet, and it was so delightful and we were sooooo happy we went for SO MANY reasons!
We absolutely enjoyed the film, which was produced by Elton and his husband, David Furnish, and is being released by Disney.
It was so well-made. Funny and sweet - and very touching! It left us leaving the El Capitan theater with a big smile on our face and pining for an adorable gnome of our own in our life!
And, not only did the movie feature an all-star cast and the timeless tunes of Sir Elton, but it also showcased a new duet between John and our wifey!!!!
We are pleased to report that the Elton and GaGa duet, Hello Hello, is an A+. Such a lovely song! It actually reminds us of classic Beatles!
We got to catch up with Poppa Elton at the premiere, and he is always delightful.
Such a wonderful way to end our week/kick off a new one!
