We were tickled to find out that the Beauty Brains were quoted in an article written by world-famous advice columnist Amy Alkon, the "Advice Goddess."
Regarding beauty products that don't work, she says:
…there actually is hope to be found in a plastic bottle – of sunblock the kind that protects against both UVA and UVB rays (the skin aging ones.) But the Beauty Brains, a group of blogging cosmetic scientists, write "that sad truth is that creams that claim to be anti-aging are not much more effective than standard moisturizing lotions."
Check out the December 2010 issue of Psychology Today for the entire article entitled "The Truth About Beauty."
